Cancellation/Refund Policy

She Got The Juice does not accept refunds or returns on any order. All sales are final. Contact [email protected] with your order number if an item you ordered is damaged during shipping with seven (7) business days to request an exchange. Contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding this policy prior to ordering.

Responsibility

All items are shipped by United States Postal Service. Once your order is accepted and processed by the United States Postal Service, we cannot be held responsible for the expected delivery date, delays in shipping, lost packages or package condition when it arrives. Please contact the United States Postal Service for any delivery or tracking concerns by contacting them at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting USPS.com®.

You can also file a claim with USPS by visiting the USPS website and selecting the “File a Claim” option under the “Help” tab. From there, you will need to provide the necessary information, including the tracking number and details of the lost or damaged package. Alternatively, customers can also file a claim by visiting their local post office and filling out a PS Form 1000 (Domestic Claim or Registered Mail Inquiry).

Product Availability

All items are limited edition and will not be restocked unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to delay, stop or cancel any order due to product availability.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. All payments are processed securely through Paypal. Visit Paypal’s Privacy Policy for more information. A Paypal account is not needed to checkout or process payments. Your credit card information is never stored on our site.
